Are There Any Up-Front Fees or Hidden Charges?
Answer: NO! You only pay commission when your home sells. If your home does not sell, you owe NOTHING! Some other companies may charge you a fee to list or charge a processing fee or etc. We do not charge any upfront fees at all and any commission is only paid at closing.
How Can You Charge So Much Less?
Answer: The real question should be "Why do other companies charge so much"? We discovered that by charging less, more sellers choose our company.
